Her songs explore the terrain of love, loss, and redemption with simple, evocative lyrics and layered, listenable melodies. I really love the writing process- relating universal thoughts and emotions by exploring and expressing my own personal experiences- it is so freeing, yet somehow it grounds me too, says Andie. For The Mercy Seat, Andie enlisted producer Mike Harvey and many talented musicians including Harry Daley (Jimmy Buffet’s band) and local favorite Dave Kitchen. The original arrangements infuse each song with rich, vibrant sound.
